Lunar Gala 2011: A Great Success
CMU’s 15th annual Lunar Gala was held last night in front of a packed audience at the Weigand Gym. This year’s show lived up to it’s title and theme of “Mélange,” by showcasing lines from 22 student designers. No two lines were even remotely alike, and the audience was treated to looks that ranged from whimsical dresses, to architecture-inspired pieces, to accessory-based lines. d’Arte would like to congratulate all who were involved in putting together such a fantastic showing of creativity and talent this year.

Where were you?
The night started out with a few technical glitches but all in all, a night of interesting fashion and girls stomping it out. Next stop: Spirit Fashion Show.
Lunar Gala is tonight!
We’ve previewed the show and this is definitely going to be the biggest fashion event at Carnegie Mellon all year. Show up early to get good seats.
Doors open at 6:30pm, and the show starts PROMPTLY at 8pm.
